Het NVLE en NVLE-fonds zijn de doelen wij waar de sponsorloop voor organiseren. Het NVLE zet zich in voor de strijd tegen Lupus, APS, Sclerodermie en MCTD. Het NVLE is een organisatie, wat dient als informatieplatform en om mensen met de ziekte Lupus met elkaar in contact te laten komen.

Al het opgehaalde Sponsorgeld van de Lupus Cycling 2024 Naar de Noordkaap, gaat direct door naar het NVLE-fonds. Zij zorgen ervoor dat het opgehaalde budget wordt gebruikt voor onderzoek naar een effectieve behandelmethode tegen de ziekte.
